Cost/Benefits of the Community Involvement Programs to the District and their Tie-In to District Priorities

As a result of the OPPAGA review of the Community Involvement chapter, the district was advised to develop a system to track community involvement programs and cost.

A matrix was developed that also shows community involvement initiatives, their relationship to the Priorities of our district and performance outcomes.

Note to sites: The Community Involvement initiatives have already been listed for you as a sample of how to add items from your school to the matrix.
