DID YOU KNOW?

"Stimulus dollars at work in school kitchens!"

The SNS department was fortunate to receive $207,000 federal grant to help upgrade six "worn-out and tired" serving areas . These "Before" and "After" pictures are from Franklin Middle School, an historic school that was built in 1926. Colorful and attractive lines hold food safely at the proper temperature, improve meal quality and acceptability of menu items, and contribute to staff efficiency when serving students. Students and staff are happy with the new look!
