Employee Profile Update Form

Please carefully read the following instructions:

  • Go to your "Employee Space"
  • Click on "My Profile"
  • Review your profile to ensure it is correct. This includes: Skills (MOST CRITICAL: Ed Leadership Certification validated and entered), Employment History, Achievements, and Credentials.
  • If your profile is not correct, you must complete an Employee Profile Update Form. Click on the Employee Profile Update form link to download the document.
  • Right click "Employee Profile Update Form" and select "Save Target As" to save the file to your Desktop. Open the file from your desktop to complete the form.
  • Name the document with your employee number followed by your last name. Example: 166253Jones
  • Complete the Update Form and click "Save" again
  • Now you are ready to email the document as an attachment. You will send it to the Application Center mail box listed below (Update Profile)
  • Login to IDEAS and create a new email message
  • In the "Subject" field, type EMPLOYEE PROFILE UPDATE
  • In the "To" field, type Update Profile
  • Within 72 hours check your profile again to ensure the updates have been completed by the Application Center.
