President Obama had a great time at Tinker Elementary School. First grade students were fascinated by the President's closely cropped hair.
Students around the district honored the victims, survivors, and first responders of the 9/11 tragedy on Patriot Day.
Bloomingdale High School's Social Media class produced Public Service Announcements about Social Media and Digital Citizenship with the theme "If you wouldn't do it in real life, don't do it online". View the videos on the HCPS YouTube Channel.
Hillsborough County Public Schools Student Nutrition is the first school district to partner with the ACF to develop a program to guide nutrition managers and production coordinators through the certification process.
Schools hosted several events in honor of Grandparents Day and the important role they play in the success of students.
