ELIGIBILITY

Each business applying for Registration must meet the following eligibility standards:

1. Be an independent business that has an office in the Tampa Bay area. The Tampa Bay area consists of the following counties:
• Hernando
• Hillsborough
• Manatee
• Pasco
• Pinellas
• Polk
• Sarasota
2. Have been in existence and served the Tampa Bay Area in a commercially useful capacity for one (1) year prior to application.
3. Be a business with a staff of 100 or less.
4. Average net income $2,000,000 or less and net worth is $3,000,000 or less.
5. Must be certified with one of the following agencies:
   • City Of Tampa
   • FL. Statewide & Inter-Local Certification
   • Hillsborough County
   • Florida Minority Supplier Development Council
6. SBE- (Small Business Enterprise) -Any business with a staff of 100 employees or less, whose average net-income is $2,000,000 or less and net worth is $3,000,000 or less.
