The continuing evaluation of instructional staff members is necessary to enable the School Board to monitor the effectiveness and competence of instructional staff members and to assist them in the improvement of their professional performance.
The work of instructional staff will be evaluated pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement.
The written evaluation will be completed and on file in accordance with the time schedule established by the Superintendent.
