Request a Public Record

Please complete the form below for a non-student records request. The requested information below is not required per Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. However, if you choose to make a public records request using this online form, you will be required to submit your phone number and email. This will allow us to follow up with you in the event we have any questions so that you receive the specific information you are requesting.

Section 119.07(4)(a), Florida Statutes, provides for a charge for copying records of up to 15 cents-per-page for a one-sided copy and 20 cents-per-page for a two-sided copy. In addition, Section 119.07(4)(d), Florida Statutes, provides for a fee to be charged if a public records request requires extensive use of information technology resources or extensive use of clerical or supervisory staff time. School district staff will provide a cost estimate to a requester prior to retrieving records.
