Online Report Cards
Online Report Card FAQ's
- When will report cards be available?
- Middle school quarter 2 report cards will be available online January 23rd. High school quarter 2 report cards will be available online January 24th.
- What information do I need to access my student’s report card?
- Specific instructions on how to access your student's report card can be found at reportcards.sdhc.k12.fl.us.
- How do I request a PIN?
- The assigned PIN is the same one used to view the report card from quarter 1 and was sent home with students earlier this school year. If you need to request the PIN again, the following two options are available:
- 1. Electronic PIN Request
A middle or high school student's PIN can be sent to either the email address or mobile phone number of a parent/guardian as provided on the Student Emergency Information Card. Please click on this link to Request a PIN Electronically. If you have more than one middle or high school student, you only need to make one request. You will receive all PINs associated with that contact information. Note that a separate email or text will be sent for each student.
The electronic PIN request will not work if the email address or mobile phone number entered does not match the information on record. Please report any changes to your phone number and/or email address to your student’s school.
- 2. Contact the Report Card Support Line
- If you are unable able to get the PIN electronically, please contact (813) 840-7388
Elementary students continue to receive report cards from their school. Elementary report cards will not be available online and elementary students do not have PINs.

Hello, I'm calling from Hillsborough County Public Schools with some important information. We are pleased to announce that the final report card for 2015-2016 will be provided online for all 6th through 12th grade students. This new report card will replace the previously mailed final report card.
Your student will receive a letter containing a unique Personal Identification Number from their school within the next few days. You will need this PIN, along with other student specific information, to access the online report card.
In order to ensure you receive notification when the report card becomes available, please report any changes to your phone number or email address to your student’s school as soon as possible.
Elementary students will still receive a printed report card on the last day of school.
For more information, visit the school district website and search "Go Report Cards" or contact your student's school.
