Teacher effectiveness and retention are keys to student success. The teacher survey, called Action for School Quality Initiative (ASQi), is developed by the Center for Optimal Learning Environments (COLE), a national organization that connects research-based strategies and best practices with key decision makers to transform school learning environments. Through ASQi, the collective voices of educators are heard and documented as one path to determining structural strengths and improvement opportunities.
The School Climate and Perception Survey (known as SCIP) is developed by Scantron and offered to parents, students and school-based support staff in our district.
