To do business with the District you must be registered on VendorLink. In addition, to participate in the District's Small Business Encouragement Program, you must complete the certification questions. To register, please complete the steps below:
Step 2: The following fields MUST be filled in: Number of Employees, Net Worth, Net Income, Number of Years in Business and FEIN/SSN.
Step 3: Choose your Commodity Code(s) from the listing of services.
Step 4: Agencies: To be considered for the HCPS SBE Program you MUST select Florida, Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County Public Schools. There will be four (4) additional questions to answer at the end of this page. Click Submit when you have completed answering the questions.
Step 5: Go to the My Account link. In the Yellow Box click on the link to verify that you have indicated your interest in the HCPS SBE program.
Step 6: Complete the SBE section and click Submit.
Step 7: Go to the My Agency Requests tab under My Account to upload all required documentation: Current W9 form, Screenshot of Business Information from Step 2, Current Business/Sales Tax Receipt, Certification as a SBE/W/MBE or SDVOB from one of the approved agencies.
Once all the information above is filed, the Office of Supplier Diversity will automatically be notified of your application. If you do not hear from the OSD within 15 business days, contact us by emailing OSD.
