About Peachjar Eflyer System
Peachjar in the News: Going Paperless is Saving Hillsborough Schools Thousands
Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) is committed to increase parent/family community engagement throughout the district. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer (eflyer) delivery using Peachjar. Peachjar is a state-of-the-art eflyer system chosen by HCPS as an additional communication tool for our community and families to embrace further communication.

With our Peachjar eflyer system, information can now be sent directly to captured student family inboxes as well as posted on school websites for easy access. All eflyers may be accessed by clicking on the Peachjar buttons found on any schools homepage.
This “green” initiative will save our community partners and schools tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, posting eflyers with Peachjar removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff and volunteers.
FOR PARENTS
Captured family emails will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. If families choose to use this personalized method, they will have the opportunity to manage their own account and flyer delivery preferences (for one or more schools). If you want a peachjar account simply go to www.peachjar.com and register.
This system is used for the distribution of school and community flyers. Family email addresses will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
