Meet Kim Loy

Currently the Coordinator, Staffing and Compliance, Kim Loy has been appointed as the Supervisor, ESE Compliance. Loy earned her degrees at the University of South Florida (BA) and Nova Southeastern University (MA). She plans to "prepare her students for life" by ensuring that each of our unique learners are supported in order to reach their highest potential, and are afforded educational opportunities that meet their goals in life. Loy says that Maya Angelou is her hero because "she (Angelou) speaks not only to my head, but directly to my heart!" Loy's proudest moment was the day she became a mother. Congratulations, Kim!


Meet Debra Mitchell

Currently the Staffing Coordinator for Area I, Debra Mitchell has been appointed as the Supervisor of Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Staffing. Mitchell is a graduate of King High School, Grambling State University, and Nova Southeastern University. She will "prepare students for life" by listening to the concerns of students and educators in order to collaborate with parents. Mitchell's favorite thing to do when not working is to travel. She also feels her proudest moment was the birth of her daughter. Congratulations, Debra!


Meet Corries Culpepper

Currently the Administration Manager for Transportation, Corries Culpepper has been appointed the Safety Assistant Manager, Environmental Inspector. Culpepper's educational background includes a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Administration with his Educational Leadership Specialist completed. Culpepper's favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife and kids when he isn't working. He says, "My hero was my grandfather, who was strong and taught me to be a strong man." Congratulations, Corries!
