The continuing evaluation of support staff members is necessary to enable the School Board to monitor the effectiveness and competence of support staff members and to assist them in the improvement of their professional performance.
The work of support staff who are members of a recognized bargaining units will be evaluated pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement.
The work of non-represented support staff shall be evaluated at the conclusion of a probationary period and annually thereafter by the supervisor, utilizing the prescribed performance appraisal system. The written evaluation will be completed and on file in accordance with the time schedule established by the Superintendent.
